This month has been so busy I have not had a chance to keep you all updated with some of my favourite projects. Despite the weather being the best yet I have managed not to melt any cakes/cupcakes.

The first one was this Shoe box / Jordans / Cap / Bandanna cake. The client sent me a photo of the real life images and here is what I came up with on a cake. Inside was a classic victoria sponge cake, even the cap had cake inside.

First Birthdays seem to be getting extremely popular. A customer was holding 2 large birthday parties they required 2 cakes for and I was honoured to provide them with both.

A 3 tiered sponge cake with a jungle theme was made for the family get together.

Party number 2 for all friends and family was a very large one. There was 215 people expected to attend, the cake was so big I had to piece together the board at the venue. Each letter was 12 inches spelling out the age ONE, along with 2 tiers of teddy bear and present cupcakes.

Another favourite of this months cakes was this pink Minnie mouse themed giant cupcake. Inside was a classic victoria sponge cake.
