What are your prices?
All of our cakes are especially hand crafted and designed. Pricing will depend on the size, quantity and complexity involved in the design. Please contact us for a full quote
Celebration cakes start from £70
2 tiered cakes start from £160
Menu cupcakes are £2.50 pp – minimum order of 12 applies
Bespoke cupcakes start at £36 per dozen(12)
Individual boxes are available on request – please ask for a quote when making an enquiry.
Giant cupcakes start from £80.00
Wedding cakes/cupcakes – quotes are available on request
How can I place an order?
You can choose and order cakes online from our shop. If you would like a bespoke design then you can use our order form on the contact us page. Or you can email us on info@misscupcakes.co.uk
How do I pay?
If you are placing an order via our shop then please follow all of the steps which will take you through to the checkout. All orders are collected from 7-11 Minerva Road, NW10 6HJ. For delivery please email before placing your order for a quote. All payments are made via Paypal which accepts all bank cards and you do not need to register to use the service. If you are using our bespoke service then once you have received a quotation you will be required to make full payment if you are using our delivery service, or if collecting a 50% deposit via bank transfer – remaining 50% is due on collection. All payments must be cleared before we can begin to make your cakes. For large orders/weddings the deposit must be received 6 weeks prior to the date needed and full payment made 2 weeks prior to your delivery date. Your ordered is not confirmed until we have received a deposit or full payment.
How much notice do I need to give to order cakes?
Please try and give at least 7-10 days notice for all orders. If ordering online a minimum of 7 days notice is required. All orders can be collected Tues-Friday between 12-6pm or Saturday between 10-12pm. Please note we are closed on Sundays, there will be no collections or deliveries on this day. Although we try to take as many orders as possible we cannot create cakes in one day.
For large orders and events please try and notify us in good time to avoid disappointment
All orders are not confirmed until deposit payments are received and cleared. Once a deposit has been received it is non refundable. Any orders placed online and cancelled within 7 days of the date required will not be refunded.

Do you custom decorate cupcakes?
Yes, we can custom decorate cupcakes and cakes to suit any occasion. The price will vary depending on the design and size of cake. Please add all details onto the order form when making an inquiry or order.
Can my cakes be delivered or collected?
Yes, cakes can be collected from our base in Park Royal. Alpha Business Centre, 7-11 Minerva Road, NW10 6HJ
All of our cakes are hand delivered in person and carefully transported so they reach their destination in tip top condition. We will need your postcode in order to quote for this service. If you are ordering directly through our shop and require your cake to be delivered then please email first for a quotation. Deliveries are only in London or surrounding areas.
Can I hire a cupcake stand?
Cupcake stands are available to hire:
£10 for a 3 tiered stand with a £30 refundable deposit
£15 for a 4-8 tiered stand with a £60 refundable deposit
The deposit will be refunded in full providing the stand is returned and undamaged within 4 days.
Are your cupcakes suitable for those with nut allergies?
We cannot guarantee any of our cupcakes are completely nut free. All cupcakes are made in a kitchen which uses nuts therefore they are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
Do you cater for coeliacs? (Wheat & Gluten Free)
Yes we make cakes/cupcakes for coeliacs, Please notify us when placing your order. We do cater for vegan, dairy free and egg free by request only.
How long do the cupcakes last and how should I store them?
They will stay deliciously fresh for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Cakes will stay fresh for up to 5 days. Store at an ambient/room temperature in the winter months. Summer months all cakes must be refrigerated. It is advised that you serve the cake a room temperature by taking your cake out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
What is the best way to transport a cake?
When transporting a cake try to keep it on a flat surface, either the footwell or boot of your car. Drive as careful as possible to ensure the cake does not move around. Once your cake has left our premises we do not hold any responsibility for it. In hot weather please have the A/C on and your cake out of direct sunlight. Store in the fridge as soon as possible.
